Who We Are
New Harvest Outreach Community Center is a faith-based, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in January 2025. We serve individuals and families throughout Perquimans County and surrounding communities. Our mission is to create a safe, welcoming environment where people are met with dignity, compassion, and opportunity.
Through food and clothing assistance, life-skills resources, youth programming, mentoring, and community outreach, we work to strengthen families and help transform lives.
Our Vision
We are building a permanent community center on our one-acre property located at 210 River Street, Winfall, NC. Our vision is to construct a 36’ x 50’ x 12’ aluminum facility that will serve as a central hub for:
● Food and clothing distribution
● Youth mentorship and development
● Educational workshops and life-skills training
● Counseling and wellness support
● Community gatherings that empower residents
This facility will stand as a lasting place of hope, healing, and growth for Winfall and all of Perquimans County.
Our Commitment to Local Schools
New Harvest Outreach Community Center proudly supports the new school being built in Winfall and the entire Perquimans County School System. We are committed to serving as mentors, life-skills coaches, and community partners for students and their families—we are only a phone call away.
We also work collaboratively with local agencies, including Law Enforcement, Fire, Rescue, and Town Officials, to promote safety, well-being, and positive growth throughout our community.

Our outreach efforts are currently funded through the personal contributions of our board members and a small group of dedicated partners. We are now inviting businesses, organizations, and community members to partner with us as we bring this vision to life.
